Meet Deidre Harris

Deidre Harriss

Deidre is a 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga instructor and a certified Meditation Teacher who brings a rare blend of calm, compassion, and clarity to everything she does. After a remarkable 43-year career with the U.S. Army, where she mastered everything from IT, Project Management and Federal Contracts to navigating complex Government policies, Deidre followed her longtime passion for yoga into a new chapter of service.

Known for her patience, warmth, and inclusive teaching style, she specializes in helping people of all ages and abilities reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build resilience, especially those who may be new to yoga or facing mobility challenges. Deidre believes that everyone deserves access to practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit, and she’s committed to creating experiences that leave people feeling grounded, restored, and empowered.
